If we have not started preparing your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund in the same form of payment initially used for purchase. However, if your order is already prepared or dispatched for delivery, we will not be able to cancel it.

Provide a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo for verification purposes. Upon review, if we find that the product did not meet our standards, we may provide a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement order at our discretion.
