'ClearBrookway sprang from a modest dream: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Via Gaetano Donizetti, 7. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-managed eatery with recipes passed on for generations.

Marco Rossi, our pioneering founder, honed her pizza crafting skills during her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was born. When she came back to the UK, her goal was to reproduce the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and premium ingredients.

Starting off as a cozy 12-seat pizza place, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our devotion to excellence and the genuine experience remain steadfast. We continue employing traditional wood-fired ovens, freshly prepare our dough each day, and seek out top-notch ingredients to use.

Currently, 'ClearBrookway is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the second generation now at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic staff. While we have welcomed some contemporary updates, the essence of our enterprise remains intact: crafting luscious, genuine pizzas that unite people.
